Syeda Amina Fahmeen

Syeda Amina Fahmeen is a Joint Secretary in the Development Economic Policy Division (DEPD) of the Ministry of Finance Bangladesh, where she is responsible for program management under the Skills for Industry Competitiveness and Innovation Program (SICIP). With extensive experience in public financial management and development planning, she plays a key role in coordinating policy implementation and overseeing large-scale, donor-supported programs aimed at strengthening skills development systems.

Nalaka Kaluwewe

Leokana Tozen

Tozen Leokana serves as the Minister of Education and Human Resources Development of the Solomon Islands. Appointed following the 2024 general elections, he is responsible for overseeing national education policy, human capital development, and skills training systems. As a Member of Parliament representing South Choiseul, he brings a strong commitment to improving access to quality education and strengthening institutional capacity across the country’s education sector.
