Limin Hee

Dr Limin Hee is Director of Research at Singapore’s Centre for Liveable Cities (CLC), a nexus and knowledge centre for liveable and sustainable cities, where she focuses on research strategies, content development and international collaborations. CLC research is premised on deep understanding of urban systems and how to derive integrated solutions for cities. She played similar leading research roles at the National University of Singapore School of Design and Environment, as well as at the Centre for Sustainable Asian Cities and the Asia Research Institute.

Onn Chee Wong

Onn Chee is currently working as the CEO of Rajah & Tann CyberSecurity, Technical Director of Rajah & Tann Technologies, Managing Director of Infotect Security, and the Chief Technology Officer of Resolvo Systems. His areas of expertise include information leakage protection, web/cloud security, and security strategy. Onn Chee is also one of the co-inventors for at least six international PCT patent rights (http://www.wipo.int), besides several US, EU, and Singapore patents.

Boon-Hiong Chan

20 years of banking experience includes corporate and product development, P&L leadership, and market expansion. He is familiar with transaction banking operations and is specialising in securities market and technology.

He is active in topics including business models; crypto/digital assets, securities post-trade market

practices, financial market infrastructure, funds, new payments methods, and outsourcing; as well as on ASEAN and emerging markets.

Indranee Thurai Rajah

She was educated at Raffles Institution in Singapore, and read law at the National University of Singapore. She was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 1987 and began practice with Freshfields as a legal associate. In 1988, she joined the Litigation Department of Drew & Napier. She was appointed Senior Counsel in 2003 and was the Deputy Head of Drew & Napier’s Dispute Resolution Department until October 2012, when she left to join the government. Her practice as a dispute resolution lawyer included cross-border commercial disputes and international arbitration.
