Sin Yong Loh

As the Director for Trade of the Sectoral Transformation Group in Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA), Sin Yong Loh is responsible for transforming trade (Wholesale Trade, Trade Finance, and Logistics) sectors using ICM technologies to enhance the sectors’ competitiveness in the global market.

Sin Yong has more than 25 years of professional IT and extensive leadership experience in Trade Facilitation, Logistics, and Maritime domains, with international exposures in the People’s Republic of China, Southeast Asia and South Asia markets.

R. Subramaniam

R. Subramaniam has a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry. He is an Associate Professor at the National Institute of Education in Nanyang Technological University and Honorary Secretary of the Singapore National Academy of Science. Prior to this he was Acting Head of Physical Sciences at the Singapore Science Centre. His research interests are in the fields of physical chemistry, ICT in education, science education, museum science, telecommunications, and transportation He has published several research papers in international refereed journals.

Hector Lin

Hector Lin possesses over 10 years of management consulting and training experience. He is a Director at JobKred, a Singapore company that uses Artificial Intelligence and Data Science to help individuals, enterprises, schools and governments stay relevant in today’s VUCA world by providing access to real-time labor market intelligence and implementing cloud-based systems that empower transformation journeys.

S.K. Chou

S.K. Chou is a Professor Adjunct at the Department of Mechanical Engineering, National University of Singapore. He is presently Chairman of the Technical Committee of the Cooling Energy Science and Technology Singapore (CoolestSG) Consortium at NUS funded by the National Research Foundation. Between 1992 and 2007, he held positions as Director, Industry, and Technology Relations Office, Head of the Department of Mechanical Engineering, and Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Engineering at NUS.
