Engr. Jocelyn Sta Ana is the Division Chief of Laguna Lake Development Authority.She has been with the Laguna Lake Development Authority for 36 years. She graduated BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of the Philippines in 1984. She attained a license as Chemical Engineer in the same year. 

Geoffrey Wilson is a senior water resources specialist with the Asian Development Bank (ADB). He is a professional civil engineer, and a master’s graduate of Canterbury University, New Zealand, and a master’s graduate of IHE-Delft, the Netherlands. Geoff has more than 30 years of consultancy experience covering a wide range of water-related disciplines, including hydrology, hydraulic engineering, water resources, flood risk management, urban water supply, urban drainage and sanitation, and coastal and maritime projects.

Jay Turner is a Professor of Energy, Environmental and Chemical Engineering, and Vice Dean for Education in the James McKelvey School of Engineering at Washington University in St. Louis/USA.  He also holds a Visiting Scholar appointment with the Atmospheric Chemistry Modeling Group at Harvard University.  Dr.

Ryan Allen is an associate professor in the Faculty of Health Sciences at Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, Canada. He holds a Master’s degree in environmental engineering and a PhD in environmental health, both from the University of Washington in Seattle, USA. Following his doctoral training, Dr. Allen completed a post-doctoral fellowship in environmental epidemiology focused on the link between long-term air pollution exposure and the progression of subclinical cardiovascular disease. Dr.

Sonia leads Evaluation Capacity Development at IED covering developing member countries and ADB staff.  She brings 30 years of international development experience from ADB, World Bank and the private sector in infrastructure operations across sectors. She has been with ADB since 2011, holding multiple responsibilities from project leader in the urban sector, evaluation, environment safeguards and technical assistance programs. She was appointed the Sr. Advisor to the Vice President of Knowledge Management and Sustainable Development in 2015.
