Jay Turner is a Professor of Energy, Environmental and Chemical Engineering, and Vice Dean for Education in the James McKelvey School of Engineering at Washington University in St. Louis/USA.  He also holds a Visiting Scholar appointment with the Atmospheric Chemistry Modeling Group at Harvard University.  Dr.

Oliver Gonzales is Batangas City’s Environment and Natural Resources Officer and the President of the Philippine League of Local Environment and Natural Resources Officer. He is among the people who developed the Batangas City Environment Code, which was awarded the Project Award during the15th International Awards for Liveable Communities in Songpa, Seoul, South Korea.

Bhaskar is the founder of Mynergy, a firm focused on unlocking international capital for low carbon energy and mobility infrastructure, helping make small and growing businesses in India and other emerging markets more competitive. Bhaskar leads our work on strategy and partnerships. Prior to Mynergy, Bhaskar led country operations for the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC), where he supported the development of policies to accelerate the adoption of clean energy.

Bharti Garg is a professional chemical engineer currently working on the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation's (CSIRO) research project on next-generation carbon capture and storage (CCS) technology. Her research is very applicable to the power plants across countries like Australia, India and many other Asian countries which do not currently have flue gas desulfurization units and tend to deploy CCS.
