Erna Witoelar

Erna is the former UN Special Ambassador for MDGs in the Asia Pacific (2003-2007); Indonesian Minister of Human Settlements and Regional Development (1999-2001), and President of the Consumers International (1991-1997). She was a member of the Commission on Developing Countries and Global Changes (1990-1992), Commission on Legal Empowerment of the Poor (2006-2009), Earth Charter Commission (1997-2014) and Commission on Global Security, Justice & Governance (2014-2015).

Vijay Jagannathan

Vijay Jagannathan comes from the World Bank where he was Sector Manager for infrastructure in the East Asia and Pacific region. He was responsible for an annual lending program of about $5 billion in the urban, water, transport and energy sectors. Mr. Jagannathan has been also associated with the APEC-led green growth and green finance initiatives. He has worked in the infrastructure, environment and urban development sectors in his 24 years in the Bank. Prior to that, he spent 10 years in Indian Administrative Service.

Vicenzo Massimi

Vincenzo is passionate about techniques of analysis and monitoring of structures, infrastructures, and the environment using geomatics-based techniques with a particular focus on monitoring landslides integrating the displacement data analysis through the Artificial Adaptive Systems (AAS) pertaining to the Artificial Intelligence (AI) better understanding the landslide kinematic.

Vignesh Nandakumar

An electrical engineer from IIT Madras, with a Masters in Electrical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis and an MBA from the Indian School of Business in Hyderabad, Vignesh has significant experience in technology development and renewable energy, in initiating, sustaining and building new businesses across India, Thailand, and South Africa. He currently is a Partner with Aspada Investments, an impact fund focused on the impact on environment and livelihoods and leads the energy, environment and supply chain investments, including into electric vehicles.

Tisura Gamage

Tisura Gamage is a researcher at the Institute of Policy Studies of Sri Lanka (IPS). He holds an MA in Energy, Resources and Environment from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS). Tisura previously worked with the Edison Electric Institute in Washington D.C. in supporting the transport electrification (TE) efforts of U.S. Investor-Owned Electric Companies.
