Sagar Gubbi is the founder and Managing Director of Ecoforge Advisors, a climate and green finance focused advisory and consulting firm based in India and working across ADB developing member countries and in Africa.

Zhe Yuan is a Natural Resources Economist at ADB with over ten years of experience in environmental economics, natural capital accounting, and climate change adaptation. She has worked extensively in the Asia-Pacific region on projects related to sustainable resource management and climate finance. Prior to joining ADB, she contributed to economic analysis and policy development at international organizations such as the Green Climate Fund and FAO.

Mr. Nawa Raj Dhakal is the Executive Director of Alternative Energy Promotion Centre (AEPC), Government of Nepal’s focal agency on renewable energy and energy efficiency, under the purview of Ministry of Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation (MoEWRI).

Ms. Nigina is a financial expert and reform leader with over 15 years of experience in macroeconomic policy, capital market regulation, sustainable finance, investment promotion, banking, and international development.
