Jean de Pano

Jean De Pano is a Disaster Risk Management Officer in the Climate Change and Sustainable Development Department of ADB, currently supporting the Philippine Country Office. She provides technical support to the development, implementation, and coordination of ADB’s disaster risk management agenda, including upstream analytical and diagnostic work, as well as the design and monitoring of thematic and sector‑focused initiatives on disaster resilience.

Dayna Connolly

Dayna Connolly is a Disaster Risk Financing Specialist in the Sustainable Development and Climate Change Department. She focuses on strengthening understanding of the fiscal impacts of disasters and supporting the integration of disaster risk considerations into public financial management systems and fiscal policy, to enhance preparedness and reduce long-term development losses.

Reidar Kvam

Reidar Kvam is a Social Anthropologist with more than 35 years of experience working on environmental and social sustainability. His work focuses on integrating social dimensions into development projects and policy work. He has worked extensively on assessment methodologies and social inclusion, related to topics such as gender, participation, involuntary resettlement, indigenous peoples, and human rights.
