Enkhuun Byambadorj

Enkhuun Byambadorj is a socioecological justice advocate. She is the co-founder and Executive Director of Breathe Mongolia, a nonprofit working to transform policies, narratives, and sectors to clean our air and protect the climate. Enkhuun advocates for the rights of future generations and just transition in multilateral fora, including as a climate negotiator in UNFCCC processes. 

Honor Puciato

Honor Puciato is an Associate Director and Air Quality, Climate and Environment Lead at Ricardo Energy & Environment (WSP Group), based in Singapore. She has over 17 years’ experience delivering air quality and GHG reduction strategies across high-impact sectors, with a strong focus on transport and aviation in the UK and Asia.

Joseph Deng Mao

Joseph Deng is the Head of BD at ENVEA-Asia Pacific Air Quality Group based on Singapore, where he leads project development and partnerships for scientific research across Asia. Joseph has over a decade of experience specialising into environmental monitoring solutions and consultancy projects for industries in the Asia Pacific region. He has also worked in the Singapore government, where he focused on policies and knowledge partnerships on urban sustainability and climate change adaptation.

Isamu Morino

Isamu Morino is currently the Head of the Satellite Remote Sensing Section and the validation team leader at the Satellite Observation Center of the Earth System Division at National Institute for Environmental Studies (NIES) in Japan. He is responsible for validating GOSAT (Greenhouse gases Observing SATellite) and GOSAT-2 data. Using ground-based reference data such as TCCON, NDACC ground FTS, lidar, and sky radiometer data, he studies the quality of GOSAT, GOSAT-2, and GOSAT-GW (Global Observing SATellite for Greenhouse gases and Water cycle) data.

Hiroyuki Sase

Hiroyuki Sase is the Head of Ecological Impact Research Department at Asia Center for Air Pollution Research. He has been working at the Asia Center for Air Pollution Research, designated as the Network Center for the Acid Deposition Monitoring Network in East Asia (EANET), since 1998. His research interests include interactions between air pollutants and trees, deposition processes of reactive nitrogen to forest canopies, and the biogeochemistry of atmospheric-derived substances in forest ecosystems.

Le Thanh Thuy

Le Thanh Thuy is the Deputy Head of the Environmental Management Department at Hanoi Department of Agriculture and Environment.

She is an environmental management specialist with over 20 years of experience working with local government in Viet Nam. Her work focuses on air quality management, environmental governance, and climate change response in Hanoi.

Chandath Him

Chandath Him is the Acting Director of Water Quality Management Department and Deputy Director of Air Quality, Noise and Vibration Management Department Ministry of Environment, Cambodia.

He has a master degree on Environmental Science. He has more than 15 years working experience in a government institution. Through his professional career he has involved in environmental pollution control and policy development, especially related to water pollution and air pollution.

Ram Lal Verma

Dr. Ram Lal Verma is a Science Manager – Super Pollutants at the Clean Air Fund, leading science-driven initiatives on short-lived climate pollutants, including black carbon. With nearly two decades of experience in air pollution and climate change, he works at the science–policy interface to translate research into actionable policy pathways.

Ema Natasya Sitepu

Ema Natasya Sitepu is a Technical Policy Reviewer at Indonesia’s Ministry of Transportation, specializing in sustainable transport and maritime decarbonization. She has contributed to regional dialogues on national strategies for reducing emissions in the shipping sector, including knowledge-sharing events organized by the Asian Development Bank (ADB).

Martin Heger

Martin P. Heger is a Senior Environmental Economist at the World Bank, where he leads air quality management initiatives across South Asia, including the regional Indo-Gangetic Plains and Himalayan Foothills program and a major air pollution project in Nepal. He previously worked in the Middle East and North Africa region, focusing on pollution abatement and environmental policy reform. His work centers on the design of pollution reduction strategies, the economics of air pollution, and environmental policy.
