Honor Puciato

Honor Puciato is an Associate Director and Air Quality, Climate and Environment Lead at Ricardo Energy & Environment (WSP Group), based in Singapore. She has over 17 years’ experience delivering air quality and GHG reduction strategies across high-impact sectors, with a strong focus on transport and aviation in the UK and Asia.

Honor currently serves as the LEZ Coordinator for Asia Development Bank, where she supports cities and national governments across Asia with LEZ planning, including the development of an LEZ maturity assessment tool to help authorities understand readiness, policy gaps, and delivery pathways.

She is a member of the British Chamber of Commerce Singapore Sustainability and Transport Committee and a former committee member of UK Institute of Air Quality Management and UK Department for Transport Aviation Ambassador.
