Shirish Sinha is the Executive Director of Programmes at Clean Air Fund, bringing over 28 years of expertise in climate change, energy, and sustainable development policy. He leads the Fund’s expanding national and regional programmes, focusing on transboundary air pollution and its global impacts.

Dao Hoai Nam is the Deputy Head of the Transport Infrastructure Management Division at the Hanoi Department of Construction, where he plays a key role in overseeing urban transport development and infrastructure planning. He also serves as Secretary of the Viet Nam Automobile Manufacturers’ Association (VAMA), bridging government policy with industry stakeholders to advance sustainable mobility.

Long Yang is currently the Deputy Director General of the Department of Atmospheric Environment, Ministry of Ecology and Environment of the People’s Republic of China (MEE).

Cecilia Vaca Jones oversees Breathe Cities’ strategic direction across its 14 cities, working closely with city leaders, community groups, and technical experts to expand access to air quality data and build healthier cities.

Fouzi Benkhelifa is the CEO of NEXQT, a company focused on climate intelligence and sustainable planning. With nearly 25 years of experience, he has worked with major metropolitan areas and local energy companies, primarily in France, the EU, Southeast Asia, and North Africa. NEXQT aims to make climate science and AI accessible for local stakeholders, and it has been recognized for its innovative solutions in urban planning and climate action.

Iyad Kheirbek is the Director of Air Quality at C40 Cities, where he oversees the organization’s global Air Quality Program and Ports and Shipping Program. He brings more than two decades of experience in environmental policy, public health, and urban sustainability, with a focus on translating science into action to deliver urban climate and clean air solutions. He leads a team of global experts who design and implement policy and partnership programs that help cities advance climate and public health initiatives worldwide.

Dr. Yixuan Zheng is an Associate Researcher and Director of the Office of Air Quality Management at the Chinese Academy of Environmental Planning. He also serves as the Deputy Director of the Key Laboratory of Environmental Pollution and Greenhouse Gases Co-control, Ministry of Ecology and Environment of China. His research focuses on environmental policy assessment and co-control strategies of air pollution and GHG emissions.

James Morris is a Programme Officer in the Climate and Clean Air Coalition (CCAC). He is involved in various activities related to the CCAC, including administering the Trust Fund, managing CCAC-funded projects, organizing governance meetings and workshops, undertaking advocacy and communication work, and reporting on progress. His role is crucial in supporting the CCAC's initiatives and ensuring the effective implementation of its strategies to reduce short-lived climate pollutants.
 

Lingzhi Jin is a senior researcher and project manager at the International Council on Clean Transportation (ICCT). She leads research that assesses and projects the emissions, climate, and health impacts of transport policies - translating technical evidence into actionable insights for policymakers and stakeholders. Her work has supported policies advancing decarbonization, electrification, and clean air at national and city levels across Asia, North America, South America, Europe, and Africa.
