Senior Researcher, ICCT Profile / Bio Lingzhi Jin is a senior researcher and project manager at the International Council on Clean Transportation (ICCT). She leads research that assesses and projects the emissions, climate, and health impacts of transport policies - translating technical evidence into actionable insights for policymakers and stakeholders. Her work has supported policies advancing decarbonization, electrification, and clean air at national and city levels across Asia, North America, South America, Europe, and Africa. She collaborates cross-functionally with a diverse global team spanning programs and time zones. Ms. Jin holds an M.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Stanford University, with a focus on Atmosphere and Energy, and a B.S. in Atmospheric Sciences with a minor in Finance from Nanjing University in China.
