Mathieu Gèze

Mathieu is Head of Asia Business Development at HDF Energy, a French Independent Power Producer dedicated to the generation of clean and firm high power. Mathieu has over 10 years of experience in Renewable Energy through various positions within IPP, EPC and key supplier companies. Prior to joining HDF Energy in 2018, Mathieu managed the development of the Moroccan and South-Europe subsidiaries of a French developer and EPC. Mathieu was also a Business Development Manager at ArcelorMittal Exosun.

Jean-Christophe Allo

With a degree in engineering – management and energy projects - and a post-master degree in ocean energy, Jean-Christophe is involved in tidal energy since 2010. He joined SABELLA in 2012 to manage the D10 project and increase the notoriety of the company both in France and abroad. He then moved to business development, strategy, and public relation. Today, Jean-Christophe is the head of business development for SABELLA, promoting tidal energy solutions worldwide.

Arnaud Dauvillier

Arnaud is the CEO of Adenergy, a subsidiary of Aden Group focused on distributed energy, micro-grid and smart-building projects for the People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Asian market. In addition to this role, he is also the Executive Director for ADEN Group, overseeing the group’s transformation and technology-related new business. Under Arnaud’s leadership, Adenergy has won energy-optimization awards from Microsoft and Envision for its IoT platform and has committed to major projects, most recently a 45 million kWh distributed wind project with the PRC's Henli Group.

Women's Works in Women's Entrepreneurship: An International Perspective—What Does the Evidence Say about Women-Led Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises?

The International Labour Organization undertook an international review of findings of rigorous evaluations of women’s entrepreneurship programs. Based on this and evaluations of their own programs, this presentation provides a summary of policy lessons for programming of women’s entrepreneurship interventions and strategies.

Hisaka Kimura

Hisaka Kimura, the Advisor to the Private Sector Operations Department (PSOD) of Asian Development Bank, has over 25 years of experience in arranging finance for energy, natural resources, water, and municipal environmental infrastructure projects in various countries, including East Asia, Russia, Central, and Eastern Europe. Earlier in her career, Hisaka worked for the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development and Ernst & Young in London and began her career at Mizuho Bank in Tokyo.
