He also emphasized the concept of trade-based money laundering, including red flags involving documents, transactions, payments, and shipping. He also discussed money laundering in the case of terrorist financing, as well as sanctions for laundering activities.​

Elisea (Bebet) Gozun is a national of the Philippines. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts from Southwestern University, Philippines. She has extensive experience in environmental policy review and analysis gained largely from alternating between roles in the government and undertaking environmental consultancy projects with IFIs and private sector companies for most of her career. Her most notable executive public sector experience was as Secretary of Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR, Philippines) from 2002 to 2004.
