Roger Cruz

Roger Cruz is the Co-Director of Infrastructure Quality and Finance at Global Infrastructure Basel Foundation and the Business Development Director of the FAST-Infra Label. 

With more than 18 years of experience in world-leading companies, he has spearheaded new business development, market positioning plans, sustainable supply chain programmes, ESG best practices implementation across several countries in Latin America and North America, and the FAST-Infra Label’s global expansion. 

Neslihan Sonmez

Neslihan leads Stantec’s international business development activities in IFI business focusing Central Asia, Turkey, Balkans and MENA region where she is responsible for strategy planning to increase the company’s business in water, wastewater, infrastructure, environmental and energy sectors. To accomplish this, she focuses on technical assistance opportunities with IFI clients such as the European Commission, EBRD, WB, ADB and other IFIs in the region. She reaches out water and public utilities in developing countries to provide sustainable water solutions through IFI projects.

Madhusudhan Adhikari

Dr. Adhikari has over 30 years of management experience in renewable energy technologies in government, private, INGOs, bilateral & multilateral development agencies and government institutions. He is a Senior Renewable Energy Expert having rich experiences in the areas of policy, planning, resource mobilization & financing, fundraising, business development, technology & engineering, and training and capacity developments.

Maria Goravanchi

Maria Goravanchi is a Managing Director at the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation’s (DFC), formerly the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC). As DFC’s regional representative based in Bangkok, she is responsible for business development in the Lower Mekong, specifically Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Vietnam, and Thailand. Ms. Goravanchi brings over 15 years of private and public sector finance experience in underwriting, structuring and negotiating investments in emerging and frontier-market nations.

Anna Lundbom

Anna Lundbom joined EasyMining, an innovation company within Ragn-Sells Group, in May 2020 as the Marketing and Product Sales Manager. She is focusing on leading the project to commercialize EasyMining´s nitrogen removal and recovery process along with business development for the company´s other processes and products. Anna joined the Ragn-Sells Group, one of the Nordic’s largest waste management companies, in 2012 and has been working with business development and sales in various positions. Previous to Ragn-Sells, she worked as a management consultant.

Jaco Cilliers

Jaco Cilliers assumed the role of Manager of Bangkok Regional Hub in August 2019. He was Chief, Regional Policy and Programme Support for Asia and the Pacific during September 2017 – July 2019 where he also served as Senior Advisor for Innovation and Business Development at UNDP Bangkok Regional Hub. He was the Country Director of UNDP India during July 2014 - September 2017. Prior to that, he was the Deputy Resident Representative for UNDP in Uzbekistan, where he was responsible for the management and coordination of Programmes and Operations.
