Scravin Tongi is the current Chief Operations Office for Solomon Water. 

Dean is a management executive with extensive experience in the operation and maintenance of water utilities. Dean specialises in asset management, operations, maintenance and customer service. Through his career, Dean has worked as a consultant in Australia and through Asia and the Pacific in countries including Vietnam, Fiji, Papua New Guinea, China, Samoa and the Philippines.

Tom has over 15 years of professional experience in procurement. He is MCIPS qualified. Before joining ADB, in 2017, he worked, for an international development organization, in London, as a procurement specialist, providing consultancy services to public sectors in developing countries in Africa, Asia, and Latin America. 

Scott is the Executive Director of The Coral Triangle Conservancy. He presented the process of mineral accretion using marine renewable energy to grow limestone structures for marine habitats, coastal storm defense, and breakwaters. His Nasugbu installation growing artificial reefs will be presented and how this complements offshore energy development. In the webinar, he highlighted how regenerative industries can be aligned with marine renewable energy use.

Dr. Rashid Bajwa is the CEO of NRSP which is Pakistan’s largest rural development organization. NRSP was established in 1991 as a “not for profit company registered under Sec 42 of company’s ordinance with the SECP. He has successfully steered the organization to become the largest Not for Profit organization in Pakistan in terms of its outreach, client base and ability to manage funding for the rural poor.
