Michael Carroll

Since 2001, Michael has worked in the environmental field developing industry leading technology that increases petroleum efficiency, reduces emissions, and optimizes utilization of oil field resources. Michael has directed operations for international corporations where he established worldwide distribution, developed supply chains, opened new locations, coordinated with government agencies, and managed multiple patents in 70 countries utilized by three different companies. More recently he has been working with the HeliosAltas team to create the most reliable renewable energy systems.

Julien Mélot

Julien Mélot has always treasured nature and water, spending his childhood summers on self-made rafts and sailing boats. Julien holds a masters in electro-mechanical engineering and in naval architecture. He has been living and working in Europe, South America and Asia building large ships while continuously researching and developing the application of renewable energies to marine transportation and boating. After 4 years of R&D and a pioneering hydrogen/solar catamaran project, he founded Azura Marine in Singapore in 2012 to spread this technology globally.

James Symons

James Symons is Vice President for Business Development, APAC for Zero Mass Water. Zero Mass Water is the manufacturer of SOURCE Hydropanels, a completely off-grid, infrastructure-free system that produces water from sunlight and air.

James has worked in a variety of business development roles in Asia since 2007 and has lived in Malaysia, Indonesia, the People's Republic of China, and Vietnam.

Divyam Nagpal

Divyam is a renewable energy specialist with over 7 years of professional experience at the intergovernmental and national level. He is currently working as an independent consultant with the MIT Energy Initiative, International Renewable Energy Agency(IRENA), and Factor.  Until recently, Divyam was an Associate Programme Officer with the IRENA's Knowledge, Policy and Finance Centre in Abu Dhabi (UAE).

Amit Jain

Amit is a solar engineer, with a Ph.D. in solar energy and Fulbright Scholarship from NREL, USA and Chevening Fellow at King’s College, London. He loves to shares real-life stories on how solar energy is transforming people’s lives across health, transport, water, and agriculture sector.

He works with the World Bank and is leading a $2 billion renewables portfolio in India, Bangladesh, and the Maldives. He is leading the world’s largest energy access program in Bangladesh and solar program in India.

Adrian Marsden

Adrian leads the infrastructure team in Arup’s Philippine office. Adrian’s professional background is a Chartered Civil Engineer, Chartered Water, and Environmental Manager and Member of the Association for Project Management. He graduated from Southampton University in the UK, with a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering. He has worked on a range of water-related projects over the last 18 years. This started off with work in the office and on-site in the UK. It then moved onto work in Romania and more recently in the Philippines.
