Gordon Falconer

Gordon is currently the Chairman of the Advisory Board for the UN United Smart Cities program and is a city developer, city consultant, global thought leader in cities, technology clusters, property& infrastructure developer, chartered surveyor who has been based in Singapore for the last 10 years. He has previously been Head of Masdar City Strategy in Abu Dhabi and Director of Cisco Urban Innovation. He has worked worldwide with governments, NGO’s, the UN, World Bank, and the European Commission.

Pushkar Srivastava

Mr. Srivastava has over 30 years of professional experience, including 15 years with ADB, in the roles of Project Implementation Officer, Project Officer (Urban), Urban Specialist, Project Management Specialist and Senior Project Management Specialist. His expertise includes project management, project administration, procurement, contract management, and capacity building. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, and a postgraduate degree in Environmental Planning.

In this knowledge sharing session initiated by SPD and SDCC, PAUW and CWUW will share experiences in designing the first PRFs. The Urban Climate Change Resilience Trust Fund (UCCRTF), administrated by SDCC, is cofinancing CWUW's first PRF for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Cities Improvement Project. This enabled the detailed engineering designs of the infrastructure, to be financed under the ensuing project, to integrate climate resilience technologies.
