Herbert Dreiseitl

Herbert Dreiseitl is Harvard GSD Loeb Fellow, and Fellow of the Center of Liveable Cities in Singapore and a renowned Landscape Architect, Urban Designer, Water Artist, Interdisciplinary Planner, and currently Visiting Professor at the National University of Singapore (NUS). He lectures worldwide and has authored many publications including three editions of Recent Waterscapes, Planning, Building and Designing with Water. 

Shotaro Sasaki

Dr. Shotaro Sasaki is the Senior Environment Specialist for ADB's Urban and Social Sectors Division in the East Asia Department. He joined ADB in 2005 and worked on energy projects in Central and West Asia such as Afghanistan, environment improvements in South Asia such as India, and in the private sector.

Jane Romero

Jane Romero is a Technical Assistance Officer in the Pacific Region Infrastructure Facility (PRIF). Jane has an engineering and economics background and has worked in various aspects of infrastructure development in many countries in Asia and the Pacific for over 15 years. In her present role in PRIF, she prepares and implements technical assistance in energy, transport, urban and water sectors to help improve the quality and coverage of infrastructure in the Pacific.
