Brian Eyler

Brian Eyler is a Senior Fellow and Director of Stimson’s Southeast Asia program. Eyler is an expert on transboundary water-food-energy nexus issues in the Mekong region and specializes in China's outbound investment in Southeast Asia. He has spent more than 15 years living and working in China and over the last ten years has conducted extensive research with stakeholders in the Mekong region, leading numerous study tours through China and mainland Southeast Asia.

Aanchal Kumar is an officer at Energy Efficiency Services Limited (EESL) and a Future Energy Leader at the World Energy Council. She has over 8 years of experience in the field of sustainability and energy efficiency. She has been a pivotal member in the implementation of the globally-lauded Unnat Jyoti by Affordable LEDs for All program. She has also worked on research studies in the field of clean energy in collaboration with the World Resource Institute, UNFCCC, World Bank, Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, and AEEE.
