Unika is a social sector economist at ADB. She works with governments in South Asia to support the design, preparation, and implementation of loan and technical assistance projects across education, skills development, and social protection sectors. 

Sophea has been with ADB in various capacities since 2003. Prior to his current role, he was the national program manager and chief technical advisor for the International Labour Organization (ILO) in Cambodia and Bangladesh. He holds a master’s degree in business administration specializing in human resource management from Charles Sturt University.

Ayako Inagaki is the Senior Director of the Human and Social Development Sector Office, Sectors Department 3 at the Asian Development Bank (ADB). She leads the Human and Social Development Sector Office in conceptualizing and delivering financial and technical assistance operations, and knowledge services in education, health and social development to ADB’s developing member countries, and in ensuring ADB’s technical leadership in the sector.
