Rabin Raj Niraula

Rabin Raj Niraula holds a PhD in Water Governance and Climate change Vulnerability from Kathmandu University and is an expert in Environment and Climate Change, with wide working experience in Community Development, Disaster, Forest, Land and Water Governance. He has published research on water management, water governance, climatic suitability, vulnerability and adaptation, spatial modeling, forest mapping, land use, and landcover change.

Zeeshan Memon

Zeeshan Memon is a development professional with over a two decades of experience in designing, managing, and monitoring community-led, climate-resilient, and inclusive development programs in Pakistan, with a strong focus on poor and vulnerable populations. He currently serves as Executive Director at the Sindh Agricultural and Forestry Workers Coordinating Organization, a leading national NGO working across climate adaptation, livelihoods, social protection, and community resilience in Pakistan.

Ashraful Amin is a seasoned humanitarian and development professional with over 16 years of experience in Africa and Asia. He has a strong background in complex operations, resilience building, climate adaptation, emergency response, and program management. With extensive leadership and management experience, he has successfully led multi-cultural teams, driven organizational change, and facilitated transitions with sensitivity.
