Jacqueline Jamillah Ali

Jacqueline Ali is a development practitioner with over ten years of experience across the cultural, agricultural/agrarian, and education sectors. As Chief Technical Education and Skills Development Specialist supporting innovation through technology-enabled learning through the eTESDA Division’s management of the TESDA Online Program (TOP).

Her work contributes to broader efforts that advance equity, inclusion, and sustainability in technical vocational education and training (TVET). She brings together different experiences to help promote a just transition through skills development.
