Ethan Wampler

Ethan is an Associate in the Office of the Chief Scientist (OCS) where he directly supports RMI’s Co-founder and Chief Scientist, Amory Lovins, and the OCS team with analysis, research, collaboration, and travel. Ethan is currently engaged in a number of RMI efforts to promote OCS collaboration with RMI’s broader programs. He’s worked as an engineer in robotics and solar, and he also spent a year traveling the US as a grassroots environmental organizer.

Are Gloersen

Are Gløersen is the Director of Ocean Sun Asia and is responsible for their pilot installations in ASEAN and Singapore, as well as developing the company’s efforts in the region. His work includes both business development for future projects, technology development, and supply chain for the solution. Mr. Gloersen holds a Master of Science degree in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Washington and has 16 years of experience in Solar PV, Industrial Automation, project and business management from Norway and Singapore with corresponding regions.

Adrian Marsden

Adrian leads the infrastructure team in Arup’s Philippine office. Adrian’s professional background is a Chartered Civil Engineer, Chartered Water, and Environmental Manager and Member of the Association for Project Management. He graduated from Southampton University in the UK, with a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering. He has worked on a range of water-related projects over the last 18 years. This started off with work in the office and on-site in the UK. It then moved onto work in Romania and more recently in the Philippines.

Jugal Makwana

Jugal Makwana is currently the Global Director overseeing the Digital Engineering unit at Royal HaskoningDHV. An industry leader in Building Information Modelling (BIM) technology and an avid supporter of innovation, Jugal leads the development and implementation of Digital Engineering/BIM and Automation within the business of Royal HaskoningDHV.

Stephane Romei

Stephane works as an Independent Consultant as Independent Consultant with XCS Mobility which provides services in business strategy and development, management of bids and projects, system engineering, operation services, system assurance, and safety cases.

Michiko Suga

Ms. Suga joined ADB in 2004 and worked in the Southeast Asia (SERD) and Pacific Regional Department (PARD) including a two-year assignment to the Lao Resident Mission. She also worked for the European Investment Bank (EIB) where she led the process of drafting and introducing EIB’s first social policy guidelines and established institutional arrangements for EIB operations worldwide to operationalize the new policy. Prior to joining ADB, Ms. Suga worked for UNDP in the context of institutional policy planning, resource mobilization and project management.

Elizabeth Fischelis

Liz serves as program manager for HDI's work aimed at increasing the amount and effectiveness of philanthropy in Haiti, including organizing platforms for knowledge sharing among funders and development practitioners like the Haiti Development Forum and supporting HDI's philanthropic advising and grant intermediary services.  Based in Boston, Liz also supports Board operation and leads HDI's fundraising and communications efforts.
