Adrian Marsden

Adrian leads the infrastructure team in Arup’s Philippine office. Adrian’s professional background is a Chartered Civil Engineer, Chartered Water, and Environmental Manager and Member of the Association for Project Management. He graduated from Southampton University in the UK, with a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering. He has worked on a range of water-related projects over the last 18 years. This started off with work in the office and on-site in the UK. It then moved onto work in Romania and more recently in the Philippines.

Olly Norojono

Mr. Olly Norojono joined the Asian Development Bank (ADB) in 2002. He has more than 30 years of professional experience. During his work with ADB, he prepared and managed projects in Afghanistan, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Pakistan, and Uzbekistan. He was appointed as the country director for Azerbaijan in 2010 where he was in charge of developing and managing ADB's portfolio in the country. He assumed office as the Director for Transport, Energy, and Natural Resources at Pacific Department in October 2015. Prior to working with ADB, he was teaching and conducting research in Indonesia. Bambang Susantono

Bambang Susantono is the Chairman of the Nusantara National Capital Authority of the Republic of Indonesia since March 2022. The agency, a ministerial-level body directly under the President, is in charge of planning and constructing Indonesia’s new capital, as well as overseeing the government’s transition to the new city and eventually becoming its administrator.
