Angela is a passionate procurement professional, believing that buying decisions made by governments, funders and implementers in the development sector have long term impacts and by supporting the sector to improve procurement outcomes we can affect real change. With 20 years’ experience in government, the UN and private sector procurement, Angela has seen the difference a well planned and executed procurement strategy can make to the quality of services delivered to citizens and those in need. At DIAL, Angela is exploring models for financing and procurement of digital technologies.

Karma Wangdi started as an accountant climbing up as Chief Procurement Officer is a lifetime achievement with accounting experience and now as a procurement professional. Equipped with dual experience is an edge given the current fierce competitive world of employment.

He graduated with Honors from Cowan University, Western Australia with BA in Economics and Professional Accountancy. He also received a diploma from the CIPS - The Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply.CIPS - The Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply. 

Manasbek is currently working as Public Procurement Trainer Company Nunder the Ministry of Finance of Kyrgyz Republic. He was former business analyst at ADB.

Dr. Agus Prabowo as the chairman at LKPP (the Indonesian National Public Procurement Agency). He advocates the effectiveness in the public procurement process of healthcare products as well as the outcomes from e-catalogue implementation in Indonesia.

Tuul has worked in various sectors of ADB’s operation in Mongolia, including transport, energy and social protection. Currently, she is responsible for the urban development sector and manages several ADB-financed projects aimed to improve utility services and management in provincial towns. Prior to joining ADB Mongolia Resident Mission in 2005, she was a project manager for a World Bank-funded urban project and a researcher in the Democratic Party of Mongolia.

Mr. Mohd Sani bin Mohd Ismail is currently Senior Financial Sector Specialist at the Asian Development Bank (ADB). He joined ADB in 2009 and has been leading various missions on financial market development, financial inclusion, fiscal policy, and capital market integration in Southeast Asia. Prior to joining ADB, he worked for Securities Commission Malaysia, assigned at the Market Development Department. He obtained his LLM degree from Durham University, UK, through a Chevening scholarship. 

Ms. Ivylaine Europa is an Operations Analyst in the Procurement, Portfolio, and Financial Management Department (PPFD). She had served in different roles since joining the Bank in 2011. She currently works with the team in PPFD organizing capacity building activities for staff both in ADB and executing/implementing agencies in the DMCs.

Lila Mallory is a Senior Procurement Specialist at the Asian Development Bank and is based in Manila covering the Philippines portfolio. She was admitted as a lawyer in New South Wales, Australia working in corporate law firms before moving to Development Organizations.
