Mr. Chandra Mohan Arora is currently designated as Procurement Specialist at ADB’s Procurement, Portfolio, and Financial Management Department (PPFD). He is responsible to provide procurement advice and support to developing member countries in the pacific region.

Manohari is Financial Sector Specialist in the South Asia Department of the Asian Development Bank. She is currently working for lending and technical assistance projects in Sri Lanka, Bhutan and India, in the areas of MSME finance, financial market development and industrial development. Earlier, she worked for the nonsovereign operations department of ADB where she was managing portfolio of private sector clients in a multiple countries in South Asia, East Asia, Central Asia and South East Asia.

Swayamsiddha Mohanty is the Public Procurement Professional with more than 20 years of experience in various industries and sectors namely oil and gas, IT, manufacturing industries, FMCG, health, education, micro-finance, urban, transport, energy, MSME and Governance. She is currently working as Senior Procurement Specialist, Governance Global Practice, World Bank.

Minhong Fan is a Senior Procurement Specialist with over 30 years of experience in public procurement. She joined the Asian Development Bank (ADB) in 2011, initially serving at the PRC Resident Mission. From 2015 to 2022, she was based at ADB Headquarters, where she served as the procurement focal point for the Central and West Asia Department and later as the regional procurement head for the Southeast Asia Department. In 2023, she was appointed regional procurement head for the East Asia Department and outposted to PRCM.

Walter Poick is the former Procurement Director at ADB. He has retired from this position in 2019 after working for 19 years at ADB.
