Nadia Abbas is Head of IT Procurement at the Asian Development Bank (ADB), where she leads Corporate IT Procurement in support of the Bank’s digital transformation agenda. She brings over 26 years of global experience across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, with senior leadership roles at the United Nations and the CGIAR system.

Rafael Nadyrshin is a Senior Procurement Specialist in ADB. Before ADB, he worked in Western Mining Corporation (Australia) as Deputy Resident Representative in Uzbekistan. Since April 2018 was posted as a procurement specialist in PNG. He is also in charge of Federal State of Micronesia, Republic of Marshall Islands, Palau.

Didier Guynet has over 20 years of experience in procurement and contract management for large-scale construction/infrastructure projects (contract preparation, contract negotiation, claim management).

He is also a FIDIC accredited Dispute Adjudicator - FIDIC accredited Trainer. He is at ease in multi-cultural environments and positions himself at the crossroads of commercial, technical, and contractual/legal aspects of business and I strive to shift problems into workable solutions.

Tom has over 15 years of professional experience in procurement. He is MCIPS qualified. Before joining ADB, in 2017, he worked, for an international development organization, in London, as a procurement specialist, providing consultancy services to public sectors in developing countries in Africa, Asia, and Latin America.
