James Garber

Mr. James Garber is a business and technology consultant with over thirty years' experience in project/programme formulation and management, knowledge management, business analysis, system/process design, risk management and internal controls reporting for clients in government, private industry and international organizations. His undergraduate degree is in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and he has an MBA in finance from the Wharton School.
