Dwi Wahyuni Kartianingsih

Dwi Wahyuni Kartianingsih is the Director for Business Climate Development and International Cooperation National Public Procurement Agency, Indonesia.

She is in charge of formulating strategies, policies, and guidelines regarding business climate and international cooperation in Government Procurement (GP), mainly related to the participation of MSEs in domestic GP and non-MEs in international GP, sustainable procurement, development funding cooperation, and international trade agreements.

Dechen Wangmo is a Senior Procurement Officer working under Ministry of Finance since 2011. In this role,  Ms. Dechen is responsible for managing the e-procurement sytem development project in Bhutan. She is mainly involved in conducting  requirement study and stakeholder meetings for the  system development. She is also responsible for providing capacity building to the eGP system users which include procuring agencies, bidders and financial institution users.

Mr. Hyeok Sung work in Construction Business Management Division at the Public Procurement Service (PPS), Korea, in charge of bidding, contracting, management, revision of regulations, and system improvement for Public Construction. He has also previously worked in the fields of construction management service contracts, cost review, and construction work supervision. He holds a certificate of architectural engineer, and in 2019, earned a master’s degree in Urban Study & Planning from the University of Sheffield in the UK.
