Digbijoy has close to two decades of wide-ranging experience across diverse sectors, initially started his career in education marketing with reputed educational institutes and then subsequently joined the advertising and events industry to execute several large scale events/campaigns including a state election campaign for a national party, conceptualizing and running a restaurant chain in Delhi and several other projects.

Xianbin Yao, Special Senior Advisor to the President, reflects on his journey of more than two decades with ADB and how he has benefited from colleagues since 1991. The presentation aims to (i) reflect on and share ADB experiences through few but pertinent snapshots; (ii) encourage the people in ADB to do the same; (iii) and support the staff mentoring initiative of the Bank.

Undral Gombodorj

Undral is the Director of the Democracy Education Center (DEMO), a Mongolian NGO. She holds a Master's degree in Economics from the Institute of Economics, Prague, Czech Republic. She is a certified trainer, facilitator, mentor, researcher, and author of numerous publications in NGO management, social accountability, governance, and volunteering. 
She is the Chair of the Network of Mongolian Volunteer Organizations and National Representative for IAVE Mongolia. 

Call for Mentors

Many water and wastewater utilities in Asia and the Pacific need help to deliver better services to their customers. Asian Development Bank (ADB), to this end, has created the Water Operators Partnerships program. ADB invites utilities to become mentors to help improve the operational efficiency of utilities in the region.
