Jost Wagner is the Managing Director of The Change Initiative Co. Ltd. and the Chief Navigator of the Asia-Pacific Futures Network (APFN). In the last 15 years Jost has advised and facilitated more than 450 workshops and conferences worldwide for organizations such as the United Nations and the Asian Development. He is a Certified Professional Facilitator by the International Association of Facilitators (IAF). He is also an expert in multi-stakeholder dialogue and Futures Thinking and helps organizations to create preferred or alternative futures.
 

Undral is the Director of the Democracy Education Center (DEMO), a Mongolian NGO. She holds a Master's degree in Economics from the Institute of Economics, Prague, Czech Republic. She is a certified trainer, facilitator, mentor, researcher, and author of numerous publications in NGO management, social accountability, governance, and volunteering. 
She is the Chair of the Network of Mongolian Volunteer Organizations and National Representative for IAVE Mongolia.
