Chandan Kumar Ghosh

Chandan Kumar Ghosh is the Project Manager for the Nepal Electricity Authority’s KaligandakiTransmission Corridor Project. He has 20 years of professional service in the Authority. He was a deputy manager for the Hetuada-Dhalekbar-Duhabi 400 kV Transmission Line Project under the Nepal-India Electricity Transmission & Trade Project. Mr. Ghosh has a master’s degree in electrical power engineering and a bachelor’s degree in electrical and electronics engineering, both from the Kathmandu University. 

Blandine Wu Chebili

Blandine Wu Chebli is a Senior Procurement Specialist with the World Bank where she is currently working on the GovTech Global Partnership. She has country experience in Benin, Chad, the Democratic Republic of Congo, France, Tunisia, and Zimbabwe. Previously she was a Principal Procurement Policy Specialist with the African Development Bank.

She holds an MBA from the Université du Québec à Montréal and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Université Paris 8.

Hunt La Cascia

Hunt La Cascia is a Senior Procurement Specialist in the Governance Global Practice at the World Bank. Based in Washington DC, he as more than 25 of professional experience of which 17 years are in development work around the world. He focuses the full range of procurement fiduciary and reform, service and knowledge functions supporting the World Bank’s Global portfolio of projects which contain Information and Communications Technology (ICT) components.

Jeroen Michels

Jeroen Michels has over 12 years of experience in governance, anti-corruption, and programme management. He held various positions in government, as he led internal and external anti-corruption activities of the Belgian Development Agency, and in academia and international organisations (UNMIK, UNICEF, UNESCO, and EU External Action Service).

Erna Witoelar

Erna is the former UN Special Ambassador for MDGs in the Asia Pacific (2003-2007); Indonesian Minister of Human Settlements and Regional Development (1999-2001), and President of the Consumers International (1991-1997). She was a member of the Commission on Developing Countries and Global Changes (1990-1992), Commission on Legal Empowerment of the Poor (2006-2009), Earth Charter Commission (1997-2014) and Commission on Global Security, Justice & Governance (2014-2015).
