Dr. Rakhshinda Perveen has authored more than a dozen research papers, reports and training manuals/guides on issues of Gender Based Violence /Violence Against Women & Girls, conducted several high-level advocacy workshops, TOTs besides authoring 5 books. She is the architect of the study that started data collection on different forms VAWG in Pakistan way back in 2000; the design is still followed by a large number of academics and practitioners. Dr.

Claire Charamnac is a Social Development Specialist (Gender and Development) in the Climate Change and Sustainable Development Department at the Asian Development Bank. In this role she focuses on gender and transport, health and water and urban development.

She has over a decade of experience in gender mainstreaming and implementing programs with a focus on women and girls. Prior to joining ADB, she worked for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF), the World Bank Group and Catholic Relief Services.

Patricia Bunye is a Senior Partner and Deputy Managing Partner for Administration of Cruz Marcelo & Tenefrancia. She heads its Mining and Natural Resources Department and Energy practice group and is also a partner in its Intellectual Property Department. She is also the Founding President of Diwata-Women in Resource Development, Inc., a non-government organization that advocates responsible development of the Philippines’ wealth in resources.
