He is a Senior Renewable Energy Expert having rich experiences in the areas of policy, planning, resource mobilization & financing, fundraising, business development, technology & engineering, and training and capacity developments.

Maria Goravanchi

Maria Goravanchi is a Managing Director at the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation’s (DFC), formerly the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC). As DFC’s regional representative based in Bangkok, she is responsible for business development in the Lower Mekong, specifically Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Vietnam, and Thailand. Ms. Goravanchi brings over 15 years of private and public sector finance experience in underwriting, structuring and negotiating investments in emerging and frontier-market nations.

Tae Eui Lee

Dr. Tae Eui Lee is a research fellow with eight years of experience working at Korea Energy Economics Institute. He graduated from the Arizona State University in 2015 with a Ph.D. degree in Financial Economics. He is interested in electricity, hydrogen, and heat sector coupling based on his electricity policy research background. His recent work is IEA-KEEI co-working reports "Reforming Korea's Electricity Market for Net Zero" and "Korea Electricity Security Review."

Ery Wijaya

Muhammad Ery Wijaya is a Senior Analyst in Climate Policy Initiative (CPI) Indonesia Office where he leads work on the energy sector, particularly to support innovative financing instruments and scaling up finance for renewable energy and energy efficiency. At CPI, Ery’s roles on clean energy portfolios has been central. He has helped Indonesian ministries to develop, the first of its kind assessments, viable business models, and enabling policies for energy efficiency programs.

Marga Manzo

Marga joined SunFunder in August 2021 to drive the company's entry into Asia. Over the years, Marga has sat on both the developer and funder sides of the table. She has managed venture debt funds for Southeast Asian energy and WASH SMEs, fundraised for a Kenyan micro-grid startup, and led corporate and structured finance transactions for utility-scale renewable energy projects in the Philippines, Indonesia, and Sri Lanka.
