Kosintr is a member of the ADB secretariat, which supports the ASEAN+3 Asian Bond Markets Initiative (ABMI), which was established by the ASEAN+3 governments. Kosintr currently leads the ABMI's sustainable finance initiatives. Before joining ADB, Kosintr worked at Thailand's Securities and Exchange Commission, where he was responsible for international relations and corporate finance.

Joseph Bergin is the Advisor, PSOD, and Head, of the Equity Investment Unit of ADB’s Private Sector Operations Department handling the Bank’s direct equity investments. He joined ADB in June 2020. Prior to joining ADB, Mr. Bergin was Head of M&A at McBride plc and was Chief Investment Officer of an African Private Equity Fund. Earlier in his career, Joseph worked for AstraZeneca plc and 3i Group plc in the UK and Germany. He is an experienced Private Equity investor and has worked with a number of businesses to assist them to grow their shareholder value.
