Tandin Gyem is currently the Executive Engineer at the Department of National Properties of the Minister of Finance in Bhutan. She's been working under Procurement Management and Development Division (PMDD), Department of National Properties (DNP) since 2017 and is responsiblee for monitoring the implementation of procurement rules and regulations and carrying out studies/research to improve the procurement system (especially procurement of works).

Saimoni Veramu is the Head of Procurement at the Fiji Procurement Office, Ministry of Finance, Economy and National Planning. He has over 20 years of combined experience in the private and public sectors, with a focus on procurement, transformation projects, and logistics management.

Kosintr is a member of the ADB secretariat, which supports the ASEAN+3 Asian Bond Markets Initiative (ABMI), which was established by the ASEAN+3 governments. Kosintr currently leads the ABMI's sustainable finance initiatives. Prior to joining ADB, Kosintr worked at Thailand's Securities and Exchange Commission, where he was responsible for international relations and corporate finance.
