Amina Bajwa is a consultant with over 15 years of experience in economic development and food security. She currently works at both the Asian Development Bank and the Prime Minister’s Office of the Government of Pakistan as an economist and a food security specialist. Her expertise is in shaping policy and designing investment projects in agriculture and livestock. Prior to her current positions, Amina has worked for the World Bank, and projects of the USAID and IFAD.

Benoît Cambier is the European Investment Bank's (EIB, a.k.a. the EU Bank) representative for the Pacific, based in Fiji. Engineer by training, his professional experience has enabled him to develop a wide range of expertise, from public infrastructure and regional economic development to agriculture, climate change, and development & impact financing. His career has taken him to work in the public sector (EU and UN) as well as in the private sector with international consultancy firms.

Jasmine Bourne is Economic and Climate Counsellor at the British Embassy Manila. Her previous positions include working for the British High Commission New Delhi, working as a Private Secretary for the Chief Operating Officer for the Foreign, Commonwealth, and Development Office, and roles in Multilateral and Economic Development policy and programmes.

Dr Vasoontara Sbirakos Yiengprugsawan is a Senior Universal Health Coverage Specialist (Service Delivery) within the ADB Health Practice Team, Human and Social Development Office, Sectors Group. Her current focus is on health systems strengthening especially primary health care and management of chronic non-communicable diseases and mental health.
