Shantanu Mitra is a Development economist with strategic leadership and management experience. His specialties are economic policy, public finance, health economics, climate change, evaluation, cost-benefit analysis, international aid policy, programme, and people management.

Brahm Prakash is a development and management professional from India with an academic background in commerce, economics, and education. He graduated from the University of Toronto (1976) with a Ph.D., and has since been engaged in teaching, research, policy analysis and training in a number of institutions, including the Asian Development Bank (1990-2004). He has many publications and has worked with a number of multilateral and national agencies.

Nassreena Sampaco-Baddiri is Evaluation Specialist, Independent Evaluation Department at ADB. She was country director for IPA Philippines and was chief manager of its diverse portfolio of rigorous evaluations in livelihoods, financial inclusion and governance, among others. She has extensive experience working and leading in various government departments as well as policy research NGOs, and in the academe as Senior Lecturer at the University of the Philippines, Diliman.

 Amir is a social sector economist at the ADB, having joined as a Young Professional (YP) in 2018. He has extensive experience working on the design, development and evaluation of social protection, human development, and women’s empowerment projects. Amir leads social policy dialogue with governments in Asia and the Pacific as well as the preparation and implementation of ADB loan and technical assistance projects designed to address poverty and vulnerability.

Kevin Lane has 25 years’ international experience in various technical and managerial roles in energy efficiency, especially focussing on lights and appliances. He has successfully contributed to over a dozen European energy end-use studies commissioned as preparation for EU product policy (e.g. EU labeling, minimum efficiency standards, and voluntary agreements), including UK impact assessments. He has supported the development of standards and labels in various other countries (including EU, People's Republic of China, US, Australia, and Viet Nam).
