Nassreena S. Baddiri

Nassreena Sampaco-Baddiri is Evaluation Specialist, Independent Evaluation Department at ADB. She was country director for IPA Philippines and was chief manager of its diverse portfolio of rigorous evaluations in livelihoods, financial inclusion and governance, among others. She has extensive experience working and leading in various government departments as well as policy research NGOs, and in the academe as Senior Lecturer at the University of the Philippines, Diliman.

Nassreena has an MA in Development Studies from the University of Manchester. She also holds a Masters in International Studies and a BA in Political Science from the University of the Philippines, Diliman.

In 2013, she has been named one of Manila’s 40 under 40 International Development Leaders by DevEx.
