Fiza Farhan

Fiza Farhan is a Pakistan-based entrepreneur and development expert, featured in the US Magazine Forbes “30 Under 30 List of Social Entrepreneurs” for 2015 and again in Forbes Asia List of” 30 Under 30 Social Entrepreneurs in 2016”. She represents Pakistan on the United Nation's Secretary General's first-ever High-Level Panel on Women Economic Empowerment along with global leadership in addition to being the Chairperson of Chief Minister Punjab’s Task Force on Women Empowerment and member of the National Steering Committee on Climate Change for Pakistan.

Dien Yoon

Dien Yoon is involved in energy efficiency (EE) and related policy development, business model development, ESCO project development and evaluation, and performance measurement and verification (M&V) in his capacity as General Manager of the Korea Association of ESCO (KAESCO). Established in 1999, KAESCO contributes to national economic growth, responds to climate change convention, facilitates the development of energy-saving markets through cooperation with ESCOs, and responds to the need for ESCO market reforms toward sustainable development.

David Morgado

David Morgado is a Senior Energy Specialist at the ADB since November 2021. He provides operational support to regional and private sector departments and contributes to knowledge work on emerging new technologies in the energy sector.

Prior to joining ADB, he was Senior Energy Policy Specialist at the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB). He was responsible for supporting the implementation of AIIB’s Energy Strategy, identifying investment opportunities, and assisting with project preparation.

Darwin Djajawinata

Mr. Darwin Djajawinata has more than 30 advisory activities in various sectors, including transport, energy, tourism, and urban infrastructure. His focus is to manage the portfolio for project preparation under different financing modalities (including PPP and municipal financing), advisory in assisting project owners and investment entities both public or private to access fund or project opportunities through various arranger activities.

Clotilde Rossi di Schio di Schio

Clotilde Rossi di Schio is part of SEforALL policy team, where she works as Specialist in the Cooling for All and Energy and Transport initiatives. Prior to joining SEforALL, Clotilde has been working in the energy field for the private sector, part of McKinsey’s German office and Mitsubishi Heavy Industry’s Turboden spa. Until recently, she has been collaborating as Research Assistant with the SIPA Center on Global Energy Policy at Columbia University, where she researched space heating and cooling electrification.

Chang Seob Kim

Mr. Chang Seob Kim has over 30 years of professional experience in energy efficiency, renewable energy, and climate change. He is currently President of Korea Energy Agency (KEA). Prior to this, he held various senior positions in Presidential Committee on Green Growth, Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power Co. Ltd. and Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy since joined KEA in 1997. He holds a Ph.D and M.S. in Electrical Engineering, both from Seoul National University, Republic of Korea.

Cecile Dahome

Cécile has been working and consulting in the field of business and project development, start-up acceleration and access to financing in the sectors of clean energy, adaptation and mitigation, WASH and agriculture for more than 12 years and is no stranger to Cambodia and the region. She recently served as PFAN coordinator in Cambodia, where she worked to bring investment into clean energy projects and served as a mentor to several companies working with PFAN to review their business plans and strategy and help them reach financial closure.

Camilla Fenning

Camilla Fenning works for the British government as the Head of South East Asia’s Climate and Energy Network. Based at the British High Commission in Singapore, Camilla works with governments, businesses, NGOs, media and other organizations throughout South East Asia to advocate the UK’s ambition in the fight against climate change, and the need for a swift transition to low carbon. Her role includes providing support and encouragement through diplomacy, events, networks and development programming.

Amory Lovins

Physicist Amory Lovins is co-founder, Chief Scientist, and Chairman Emeritus of the Rocky Mountain Institute. He is an advisor to major firms and governments worldwide on advanced energy efficiency and authored 31 books and over 630 papers. He is a recipient of the Blue Planet, Volvo, Zayed, Onassis, Nissan, Shingo, and Mitchell Prizes, MacArthur and Ashoka Fellowships, 12 honorary doctorates, and the Heinz, Lindbergh, Right Livelihood, National Design, and World Technology Awards.

Alexander Ablaza

Over half of Alex Ablaza’s 35-year professional career has been dedicated to accelerating energy efficiency (EE) markets across developing Asia. He led the identification, structuring and due diligence in support of financial close of over $3 billion in EE investments and EE policy and market interventions in a growing list of countries which includes Bangladesh, China, India, Indonesia, Kyrgyzstan, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
