Gajanana Hegde

Gajanana Hegde leads the regulatory development (energy) team to develop standards to measure the outcomes of climate actions within the sustainable development mechanism (SDM) program of the UNFCCC Secretariat in Bonn. He has over two decades of professional experience in climate change, renewable energy, energy efficiency, and waste management. He has contributed to the development of over one hundred methodologies applied in several thousand projects and programs hosted in over one hundred countries under the Clean Development Mechanism.

Cyril Cassisa

Cyril is an expert on energy and climate policy analysis, became Project Coordinator in the Environment and Climate Change Team at the International Energy Agency (IEA) in 2018 taking charge of the project on China’s Emissions Trading System and leading works on energy and climate policy packages for clean energy transition. Previously, he was Project Manager at Enerdata from 2015 to 2018 leading several projects on energy transition, NDC assessment and carbon pricing instruments for the WB, UNEP, IRENA, national administrations and private sector companies.

Mary Roach

Mary Roach is the outgoing energy access program manager at Ceniarth and the incoming head of global partnerships at Loowatt, a waterless toilet company based in the UK. Prior to joining Ceniarth in 2015, she was responsible for the GSMA’s M4D Utilities Innovation Fund supporting organizations leveraging mobile technology to improve access to energy, water, and sanitation.

Andrew Jones

Andrew Jones is currently a Divisional Director within the Pacific Community (SPC), the principal scientific and technical organization in the Pacific region. Andrew shapes the strategic direction of SPC’s Geoscience, Energy and Maritime (GEM) Division by overseeing and ensuring provision of high quality scientific, technical and policy support for activities across a range of sectors including Resources, Energy, Oceans, Maritime, Water and Sanitation, Disaster Reduction and Climate Change.
