5th Asia Pacific Public Electronic Procurement Network Conference

ADB is organizing the 5th e-GP Conference of the Asia Pacific Public Electronic Procurement Network (APPeN) on 1–2 October 2019 at ADB headquarters in Manila, Philippines. This year’s conference will focus on Emerging Electronic Government Procurement (e-GP) Technologies and Innovation, and Regional Trends and Country Systems Experiences.

•K. Srinivasa Raghavan is a Deputy Director General / Scientist G working in National Informatics Centre, Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology, Government of India, since 1988. Presently stationed at Chennai, Tamil Nadu heading the State Centre as State Informatics Officer.  Present profile is to provide / assist in the IT requirements across Government of Tamil Nadu.      K.

Usha Saxena

Ms. Saxena joined National Informatics Centre, Government of India  in 1991 at the grass root level as District Informatics Officer. Since then has been involved in development and implementation of various eGovernance systems across the country.

 Usha  played an instrumental role in design development and widespread adoption of NIC eGP system, the Government eProcurement System of NIC, GePNIC © across India. NIC has also developed an eAuction system which caters to Forward and Reverse auctions of various kinds.

Mokuolu I. Adesina

Mr. Mokuolu Isaac Adesina is a procurement and IT professional with vast experience in both private and public sector that span over 16 years. He has been working with International Development Partners on Public Procurement Reform interventions at the federal level since 2008. He has been involved and led many innovative IT projects and digital procurement initiatives at the federal level in the public procurement sector in Nigeria.

Jenny Yan Yee Chu

Jenny Chu is a Procurement Specialist in ADB’s Procurement, Portfolio and Financial Management Department. She is the procurement focal for South Pacific countries, and she leads the work on mainstreaming sustainable procurement and strengthening the environment, health and safety requirements in ADB procurement documents. Ms. Chu is a chartered professional engineer and an admitted barrister and solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand. She has over ten years of experience in project planning, design and delivery of complex infrastructure projects.
