Divina brings over 38 years of experience in the energy and environment sectors, focusing on electric power industry restructuring, privatization, utility regulation, renewable and clean energy, and climate change. She was a three-term Chief of Party spanning 16 years for three USAID Philippines projects: Building Low Emission Alternatives to Develop Economic Resilience & Sustainability project, Climate Change, and Clean Energy Project and USDOE-led Sustainable Energy Development Program.

Mr. Darwin Djajawinata has more than 30 advisory activities in various sectors, including transport, energy, tourism, and urban infrastructure. His focus is to manage the portfolio for project preparation under different financing modalities (including PPP and municipal financing), advisory in assisting project owners and investment entities both public or private to access fund or project opportunities through various arranger activities.

Mr. Chang Seob Kim has over 30 years of professional experience in energy efficiency, renewable energy, and climate change. He is currently President of Korea Energy Agency (KEA). Prior to this, he held various senior positions in Presidential Committee on Green Growth, Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power Co. Ltd. and Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy since joined KEA in 1997. He holds a Ph.D and M.S. in Electrical Engineering, both from Seoul National University, Republic of Korea.

Cécile has been working and consulting in the field of business and project development, start-up acceleration and access to financing in the sectors of clean energy, adaptation and mitigation, WASH and agriculture for more than 12 years and is no stranger to Cambodia and the region. She recently served as PFAN coordinator in Cambodia, where she worked to bring investment into clean energy projects and served as a mentor to several companies working with PFAN to review their business plans and strategy and help them reach financial closure.

Camilla Fenning works for the British government as the Head of South East Asia’s Climate and Energy Network. Based at the British High Commission in Singapore, Camilla works with governments, businesses, NGOs, media and other organizations throughout South East Asia to advocate the UK’s ambition in the fight against climate change, and the need for a swift transition to low carbon. Her role includes providing support and encouragement through diplomacy, events, networks and development programming.

As Vice-President, Strategy & Stakeholder Relations, Beth leads the Knowledge Centre’s considerations of policies and regulations that foster Carbon capture and storage (CCS); and focuses on helping to link CCS knowledge with other countries to reduce locked-in investments and collaboratively support the goals of the Paris Agreement.

Mr. Benjamin Lord, PE, is a water resources engineer at RTI International with expertise in hydrologic modeling to empower decision-makers around the globe. He has assisted in training over 300 stakeholders in Asia and South America to apply RTI International’s free Hydrologic Resources Assessment Model to solve their own water challenges. Mr.

With more than 20 years in climate change and environment fields, Gia presently heads WWF Philippines’ Climate Change and Energy Programme, concurrently serving as Earth Hour Philippines’ National Director. She chaired National Renewable Energy Board’s Public Relations and IEC Sub-committee and was British Embassy Manila’s first Climate Change Attaché. Gia has worked at the Manila Observatory, Department of Environment and Natural Resources and Environmental Management Bureau.

Ms. Adelaida Roman is a Senior Programme Specialist and the Head of Air and Atmospheric Pollution Cluster at the Regional Resource Centre for Asia and the Pacific, Asian Institute of Technology. She coordinates the activities of the "Malé Declaration on Control and Prevention of Air Pollution and Its Likely Transboundary Effects for South Asia", an intergovernmental network dealing with transboundary air pollution in eight countries of South Asia, as well as the Project “Sustainable Low Emissions Transport”.

Ms. Jaime Webbe leads the Climate Technology Centre and Network's (CTCN) work in the Asia-Pacific and is the chief expert on climate change adaptation. Ms. Webbe previously worked as the head of the UN Environment's Environmental Education Unit, including serving as the focal point for the UN Alliance on Climate Change Education, Training and Public Awareness.
