Harold Meurisse

Harold Meurisse has been working actively on the Floating Solar sector for the past 7 years. Since he joined Ciel & Terre, the pioneer and world leader for floating solar applications, he contributed to open new markets especially by developing the activities of the company in South America with the main focus on Brazil and then, in South East Asia. Following the first successes and projects installed by Ciel & Terre in Malaysia and Singapore in 2015 and 2016, he has been fully dedicated to the ASEAN countries while he set up the Regional Office in Malaysia in May 2017.

Harald van Hoeken

Harald van Hoeken, a Dutch citizen, holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering as well as Ocean Engineering from Florida Institute of Technology. Mr. van Hoeken has 25 years experience in the offshore oil and gas industry, and for the past 5 years has been working in developing floating solar projects. He has spent nearly 20 years of his career living and working in Nigeria, and Africa in general.

In early 2019, he joined the Oceans of Energy management team as Director and leads the business development and commercial teams.

Gordon Falconer

Gordon is currently the Chairman of the Advisory Board for the UN United Smart Cities program and is a city developer, city consultant, global thought leader in cities, technology clusters, property& infrastructure developer, chartered surveyor who has been based in Singapore for the last 10 years. He has previously been Head of Masdar City Strategy in Abu Dhabi and Director of Cisco Urban Innovation. He has worked worldwide with governments, NGO’s, the UN, World Bank, and the European Commission.

Divina Chingcuanco

Divina brings over 38 years of experience in the energy and environment sectors, focusing on electric power industry restructuring, privatization, utility regulation, renewable and clean energy, and climate change. She was a three-term Chief of Party spanning 16 years for three USAID Philippines projects: Building Low Emission Alternatives to Develop Economic Resilience & Sustainability project, Climate Change, and Clean Energy Project and USDOE-led Sustainable Energy Development Program.

Daniel Hersson

Daniel manages a multi-year program to support cleantech startups, accelerators and venture capital investors across Asia-Pacific. He has more than 18 years’ experience in the global energy and cleantech industry. Daniel is a recognized specialist in venture capital, strategy, startups, and innovation. Previously, he was Director of Strategy at BP Ventures, a leading global cleantech and energy-focused corporate venture capital fund. Daniel is also co-founder and venture partner at Infuse Ventures, India’s first early-stage cleantech venture capital fund.

Craig Jamieson

Craig Jamieson originally trained in horticulture and has a master’s degree in International Rural Development with ‘Distinction’. He has worked in business management, consultancy and also scientific research, specializing in sustainable biomass. His work has taken him across Africa and Asia developing bioenergy solutions that enhance rather than compete with food production. His clients included the UK Government, UN FAO, World Agroforestry and the International Rice Research Institute.

Chih-Ting Lo

Chih-Ting Lo is an entrepreneur and founder of EELO Solutions. She works with large industrial organizations to develop and implement innovative energy and climate change programs around the world, focusing on people, processes, and technologies. She has extensive knowledge and experience in low carbon energy supply, energy efficiency, and energy storage technologies. In her 15+ years of experience, she has worked on projects in North America, Latin America, Africa, China and Asia.

Cecile Dahome

Cécile has been working and consulting in the field of business and project development, start-up acceleration and access to financing in the sectors of clean energy, adaptation and mitigation, WASH and agriculture for more than 12 years and is no stranger to Cambodia and the region. She recently served as PFAN coordinator in Cambodia, where she worked to bring investment into clean energy projects and served as a mentor to several companies working with PFAN to review their business plans and strategy and help them reach financial closure.
