Min Hu

Hu Min is the China Advisor for Kigali Cooling Efficiency Program (K-CEP), a global philanthropic program supporting the global transition to clean and efficient cooling technologies in over 40 countries. She is also a senior fellow at Energy Innovation. Hu Min served the Energy Foundation China for over 12 years. She was the Program Director for the Low Carbon Economic Growth Program and the Environmental Management Program.

Balasubramanian Viswanathan

As an IISD Associate, Balasubramanian works closely with its India program as well as the Geneva-based Global Subsidies Initiative. His recent areas of research include improving subsidy design for energy access, coal power in India and tracking international fossil fuel subsidies. Bala has a background in mechanical engineering, energy policy, and modeling. He has worked in projects across India, Canada, and Sweden.
