ADB Data Room: Pakistan Resident Mission's Capacity Development Resource Center (PRM CDRC)

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) Pakistan Resident Mission’s (PRM) Capacity Development Resource Center (CDRC) conducts capacity development programs on ADB procedures, project implementation, international best practices, and thematic topics to support executing agencies (EAs), Implementing Agencies (IAs), and other stakeholders involved in ADB assisted projects on project design, implementation, and evaluation.  

Amany Wahba

A Strategic Commercial Leader with a specialised career in the healthcare market over 30 years.

Started career as a Medical Laboratory Scientist with a deep working knowledge of the health and medical science industry. This has led to developing successful partnerships with key opinion leaders including clinicians, pathologists, C-suite and strategic operational influencers. Accountable and credentialed with the ability to communicate at all levels in a trusted executive capacity.

Agnes Surry

Agnes Surry joined the Asian Development Bank Institute (ADBI) in September 2022 and is Deputy Head of Capacity Building and Training and Senior Economist.

Her areas of interest include development and public finance, aid effectiveness, climate change adaptation, gender equality, social policies, fiscal policies, public debt sustainability, resource mobilization, and country risk analysis.

Joy Blessilda Sinay

Joy Blessilda Sinay joined the Asian Development Bank Institute (ADBI) in October 2023 and is a Capacity Building and Training Economist.

Joy’s areas of interest include macroeconomics, financial systems, sustainability, and digitalization.

Prior to joining ADBI, she was a Senior Officer at the ASEAN Secretariat, where she managed monitoring reports on financial integration and insurance and contributed to establishing the circular economy and carbon neutrality agendas in the economy pillar.
