He has served in various leadership roles, including as an Adjunct Associate Professor at the Health Services Academy, Islamabad, and contributed to key projects with the Asian Development Bank and GIZ. Deepak Taneja

Deepak Taneja manages capacity building and borrower outreach programs in the area of ADB’s financial products, sovereign debt management and FX reserves management. He also handles major currencies hedging transactions for borrowers. He has over 35 years of experience in the field of treasury, fixed income, derivatives, risk management, and information technology and has worked in Asia Pacific region at various levels with Citibank, Standard Chartered Bank, Bloomberg, Reuters, and Microsoft.

Heenaben Dave

Heenaben associated with SEWA for more than 20 years and, under her leadership, 62840 women have strengthened their work, income and social security  through strengthening their trades and bringing grassroot women to mainstream market.  She has been the main contributor for strengthening the value chain of the salt workers and helped the salt workers to come out of drudgery. She had been the lead implementer of the bringing in Green Energy leading to increased / improved livelihoods and social security for thousands of salt workers and small and marginal farmers. 

Dilfuza Zakirova

Dilfuza Zakirova is the Country Director of ACTED in Uzbekistan. With over 15 years of experience in international development, Ms. Zakirova has made significant contributions to strengthening the role of civil society organizations, promoting good governance, and advancing gender equality in Uzbekistan. ACTED in Uzbekistan where Ms. Zakirova has a long term managerial experience implemented a number of projects aimed at capacity building and empowerment of local civil society organizations, protecting the economic and social rights of women, and preventing Gender-Based Violence.

Rowena Candice Ruiz

Rowena Candice Ruiz is an expert on digital transformation and public procurement. Her leadership has led to innovative reforms, focusing on data-driven policies, capacity building, and technology solutions for efficiency and transparency. She secured the Philippines' observer status in the World Trade Organization – Committee on Government Procurement in 2019. During the pandemic, she spearheaded digital transformation for crisis adaptation, fostering transparency in public funds through online portals.

Iqrar Ahmad Khan

Prof. Dr. Iqrar Ahmad Khan is the Vice Chancellor, University of Agriculture Faisalabad. An agricultural scientist and a professor of Horticulture, Dr. Khan is foreign qualified teacher. He earned his Ph.D. from the University of California, Riverside where he was placed on the Honour Rolls. Dr. Khan has supervised 84 MSc and PhD students from 6 countries.

Bakhadir Mirzaev Suyunovich

Prof. Bakhadir Suyunovich Mirzaev is the rector of the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers National Research University (TIIAME NRU). He was appointed to the position in 2019 and is the first rector of the university since it was granted national research university status.
