Deepak Taneja manages capacity building and borrower outreach programs in the area of ADB’s financial products, sovereign debt management and FX reserves management. He also handles major currencies hedging transactions for borrowers. He has over 35 years of experience in the field of treasury, fixed income, derivatives, risk management, and information technology and has worked in Asia Pacific region at various levels with Citibank, Standard Chartered Bank, Bloomberg, Reuters, and Microsoft.

Jhelum Tini Thomas is a Senior Public Management Specialist in SERD. She has worked on public finance reforms at central and subnational government including in fiscal forecasting, budget planning, debt management, expenditure analysis and service delivery. Her country experience includes Afghanistan, Cambodia, Lao PDR, Indonesia, Myanmar and Solomon Islands. She began her career as an Overseas Development Institute Fellow. Prior to joining ADB she has worked for the World Bank, Australia's Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, and several UK consulting firms.
