Rehan Kausar

Rehan was until recently a Principal Portfolio Management Specialist in SEOD. Before this, he was Head of the project Administration Unit and Senior Infrastructure Specialist in SEEN for 5 years. Rehan started his ADB career as an Infrastructure Specialist in IRM for 2 years and was then outpost to OPR for one year. Before ADB, he was a consultant to ADB and worked as an Advisor, Housing and Spatial Planning in ADB’s Extended Mission to Sumatra for almost 2 years. He also worked as a consultant to the World Bank. Before that, he spent his entire career in the private sector.

Efficient and effective land administration underpins the very functioning of states and societies. Imagine a country where, for example, tenure to land cannot be secured or mortgages cannot be established in aid of property development. Across the world, key questions about land are surfacing, and the inability to answer them curtails social and economic development, environmental management, and good governance.

Pradeep Srivastava

Pradeep Srivastava was the Tajikistan Country Director for the Asian Development Bank. Prior to joining the ADB, Mr. Srivastava worked at Harvard University as a lecturer and associate in the Harvard Institute for International Development, following which he worked at the World Bank’s Africa Technical Department in Washington, DC. Subsequently, he was Chief Economist at the National Council of Applied Economic Research in Delhi. Mr. Srivastava’s operations experience covers several countries across Asia, Africa, and Latin America.

He left his position in ADB in January 2021.

Lin Lu

Lin Lu is appointed Advisor, SEC and Head, Information Access Unit, Office of the Secretary (SEC), effective upon assumption of office. Ms. Lu, a national of the People’s Republic of China, holds a Doctorate and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, from Drexel University and Temple University, USA, respectively. She also holds a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Thermal Energy Engineering from Northeastern University and the University of Science and Technology of Beijing, respectively, in the People’s Republic of China.
