With experience in India and the Asia Pacific region, having gained core capabilities in the UK within the AMP water framework environments, Mr. Dawda has shown himself to be resourceful and adaptable in working at the local project level alongside managing engagement with senior company Presidents.

Janyna Rhor has been working on procurement in Latin America, the Middle East, and Asia for more than 27 years. She is currently a Principal Procurement Specialist in the Procurement Division 2 of the Asian Development Bank (ADB), supporting the procurement portfolio of Bangladesh in the ADB Resident Mission in Dhaka.

Mr. Norris Dodd has a BS in Wildlife Biology and a MS in Environmental Resources/Range Ecology from Arizona State University. He has 40 years of diverse experience in environmental and natural resource management, research, administration, and law enforcement. Over the last 20 years, he has focused on wildlife connectivity associated with linear transportation projects. He has considerable experience conducting biological survey and biodiversity, habitat, and connectivity assessments, and now focuses on practical solutions to promoting wildlife connectivity.

Mr. Rustam Abdukayumov is the Director of Procurement Division 2 of Procurement, Portfolio and Financial Management Department (PPFD) in ADB and he oversees procurement and consulting services operations in East Asia, Southeast Asia and Pacific countries.

Noel is currently a staff-consultant (Procurement and Contract Management Specialist) at the Asian Development Bank. Aside from his over 30 years of extensive experience in the field of procurement (health, education, social welfare, climate change, irrigation / water, power, transport, mining, agriculture, local government finance, SME and environment) and project management, including about 20 years in the World Bank, he has considerable work on community driven development and citizen monitoring.

Muhammad Ehsan Khan is appointed Senior Advisor, Office of the Director-General (CWOD), Central and West Asia Department (CWRD), effective upon assumption of office.

Dr. Manzul Kumar Hazarika has assumed charge as Director of AIT’s Geoinformatics Center (GIC). 

He is a consultant of the Sustainable Development and Climate Change (SDCC) Department of ADB. He has over 35 years of experience in energy sector, working internationally with development organizations, governments, private sectors and research institutions. He worked for ADB as a senior energy specialist (Smart Grids) from 2017 to 2020. He holds a MSc degree in electrical engineering from the Han Yang University (Korea).

Lu Shen is the Director of the Results and Aid Effectiveness Division of ADB's Strategy and Policy Department. She has worked in the public sector and private sector operations including sovereign lending and project finance and developing water PPPs in Asia and the Pacific and in Latin America. Previously, she worked with the Central and West Asia Regional Department Urban and Water Division, and at the Inter-American Development Bank.
